The company staged the party in the parking lot outside its 63,000-sq.-ft. facility located on a 3-acre site near downtown Indianapolis. The building includes 40,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space, a 3,500-sq.-ft. training room with a “wet wall” for live demonstrations, and recently added locker rooms and fitness center for employees.
Understanding the region’s commercial markets has been a primary focus for Rich-Tomkins.

Todd Alexander, an office and operations manager with Rich-Tomkins for the last 22 years, has a degree in marketing from Temple. A few years ago, Alexander felt it was time for the company to rebrand itself.
