In April, T&S Brass finished the renovation of its customer contact center in Travelers Rest, S.C., to provide more space for the growing department and improve service to its customers. According to T&S Brass, the facility handles several-hundred customer interactions per day, including 300 to 400 calls, hundreds of emails, texts and online chats.

The renovation grows the contact center’s space by 25% and provides updated facilities for T&S Brass customer-service representatives. The facility now has enhanced lighting, adjustable sit and stand desks, and sound-buffering tiles to improve the working environment.

T&S Brass also has reorganized and grown its plumbing division to enhance its position in the marketplace. Mike Donleavy joins T&S Brass as Eastern regional sales manager for plumbing, joining sales managers Jon Gustafson and Eric Isenbarger. Also, Zach Theisen was named director of key accounts for plumbing. David Kachurak was named director of specifications for plumbing.

“These changes reflect T&S Brass’ ongoing commitment to provide the utmost in service to our plumbing customers,” said Ken Gallagher, T&S Brass vice president of global sales. “We’re working to proactively meet their needs and provide the tools to help them succeed.”
