• International architecture and engineering firm LEO A DALY announced Rafael Sixto joined the firm as the managing principal of its Miami office. He will oversee the Miami staff in executing projects and pursuing new opportunities in markets such as civic, commercial, education, aviation and health care.

• Rep firm P-M & Associates announced the hiring of Shannon Ambrose as architectural and design sales associate, Jim Bova as quotations manager and Ryan McBride as inside sales customer representative.

• Moen hired Steven Ward as the company’s new director of global design. Ward will be in charge of Moen’s North American and international design teams and drive strategy for product design for faucets, showerheads, accessories and bath safety.
