• Fairfax, Va.-based engineering firm Dewberry promoted Shepard Hockaday, P.E., to vice president of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) services in the company’s offices in Raleigh and Chapel Hill, N.C. Hockaday has more than 20 years of managing engineering teams throughout the world. Also, Robert Wolff, P.E., was promoted to senior associate in the Chapel Hill office. Emmett Simons, P.E., was promoted to associate in the Raleigh office.
• Navien announced the addition of Christopher Rizzo as the company’s Southwestern trainer. Rizzo has been in the tankless water heater industry since 2005.
