The Netherlands-based
Aalberts Industires N.V. recently acquired 100% of the shares of Conbraco Industries Inc., manufacturer
of Apollo Valves. The acquisition
was scheduled to go into effect in mid-July after the finalizition of all
formalities and approvals. With more than 1,000 employees, Conbraco Industries
generates annual revenues of $200 million.
