Bradley Corp. purchased the assets of Delton, Mich.-based Keltech and will run the company as a wholly owned subsidiary. Keltech is a manufacturer of commercial-grade electric tankless hot water systems for applications, including industrial plants, hotels and stadiums. Bradley expects to keep Keltech’s operations in Delton.
Water-Right, a manufacturer of commercial-quality water treatment systems, acquired CustomCare Water Technologies. Under the company’s restructuring, CustomCare will now exist as a division of Water-Right.
Boshart Industries completed the acquisition of Glens Falls, N.Y.-based Flomatic Corp. in a share purchase transaction from Watts Water Technologies. The sale excludes the backflow product line of Flomatic Corp., which was retained by Watts. Flomatic is a manufacturer of high-quality valve products for water and wastewater, and specializes in check, foot, gate, butterfly and automatic control valves for the water-well industry.
