San Francisco's Strict Green Building Code

San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom recently approved a citywide building code
with a GreenPoints rating system. The GreenPoints rating parallels LEED
certification, with 75 GreenPoints equal to LEED Silver. City estimates say the
program will save 220,000 megawatt hours of power over the next four years.Read more…
