In late 2004, the innovative NowHouse opened its doors for public viewing in the SBC Park Parking lot in San Francisco, until Dec. 2004. The project is presented by the Affordable Green Development Corp., a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting positive, efficient home building in the community.

Marketed as one of the most modern, affordable, green and digitally integrated building projects in the country, the NowHouse provides an opportunity to educate millions of consumers and tens of thousands of builders about the most technologically advanced building products and home systems available on the market.

Among its other unique features, the NowHouse literally "grows"
