Danfoss has announced the sale of the assets and intellectual property rights of its Zone Control Panels (ZCPs) to a private investment group headed by Robert Bean, a prominent radiant and hydronic heating engineer. The new company will be known as ZCP Manufacturing Inc., headed by Director of Operations Dale Heath and employing key operations personnel from the former Danfoss unit. The company will take on service and support for existing ZCP products and continue to incorporate Danfoss products inside. The company is headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

The 2006 editions of the Uniform Plumbing Code and Uniform Mechanical Code are now available. In addition, a wide array of other codes and guides published by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO) will be completed and ready for use shortly.
