The Council of Manufacturing Associations has announced the election of three members to its board of directors: Evan Gaddis, president, Gas Appliance Manufacturers Association, Arlington, VA; Barbara Higgens, executive director, Plumbing Manufacturers Institute, Schaumburg, IL; and Malcolm O'Hagen, president, National Electrical Manufacturers Association, Arlington, VA. M. Lance Miller, executive vice president, Metal Treating Institute, Jacksonville Beach, FL, was re-elected to a second three-year term on the board.
