The Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) has notified MCAA and PHCC that it will continue with its plan to disperse MasterFormat Divisions 15 and 16, despite a broadening industry consensus against the changes. The next CSI forum on the proposed changes will take place Oct. 4 in Ottawa, Canada.
