In honor of the late Alfred Steele, P.E., long-time member and pioneer in advocating education and professional development for plumbing engineers and designers, the American Society of Professional Engineers (ASPE) will award a maximum of five $1,000 U.S. scholarships in any one year. The Alfred Steele Engineering Scholarship recipients will be announced on Oct. 15 of the application year.
