Anvil International, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mueller Holdings, Inc., and manufacturer of hangers and fittings, has entered into an agreement to purchase the business and operating assets of Beck Mfg. Co., Inc., a manufacturer of steel, PVC and aluminum fittings for the wholesale plumbing, electrical and telecommunications industry. Beck will operate as a standalone division of Anvil.
