The Plumbing Manufacturers Institute (PMI) recently announced two new committee chairs recently elected by the PMI Membership, as well as two chairs re-appointed chairs by PME President Ken Martin. Each chair will serve three years.



The Plumbing Manufacturers Institute recently announced two new committee chairs recently elected by the PMI Membership, as well as two chairs re-appointed by PME President Ken Martin. Each chair will serve three years.

The new elected chairs are:

*Arturo Robles, Codes and Standards Coordinator, Fluidmaster, for the flushing devices committee, serving withJohn Watson, Sloan Valve Company; and

*Mike Miller, Senior Project Engineer, Alsons, for the supply fittings committee, serving withLarry Himmelblau of Chicago Faucets.

Robles’ term begins this week in conjunction with the Fall 2007 meeting in Washington, D.C. Miller’s term begins in Spring 2008.

In addition, the following chairs were appointed to new terms by PMI President Ken Martin:

*Government Affairs:Mark Bidinger, Director, Product Development, Elkay; serving withLee Mercer, Moen; and

*Fair Trade:Robert Easter, President, H2O Guard; serving withGary Cole, T & S Brass.
