Exhibitors were unanimous in their praise of the sixth ISH China, which took place in Beijing March 14-17. The show was the best attended ISH China in history, with over 15,000 visitors flocking in from 49 countries and regions, includingPME's own consulting editor, Jim Olsztynski. The exhibition housed just under 300 exhibitors from 19 countries and regions, including some of the world's leading names from the heating, air-conditioning and sanitation sectors, such as Siemens, Buderus, Grundfos, Viessmann, Vaillant, Immergas, Honeywell, Riello and Merloni TermoSanitari.
Grunau Co. President Paul Grunau announced that he sold the company to APi Group, Inc., a Minnesota-based company with nearly $1 billion in annual sales, now comprised of 29 best-in-class, independently managed specialty contractors from across North America. The sale was effective March 31, 2006.
