Tremco Fire Protection Systems Group, a leader in fire protection solutions, and Royal Quickstop, a member of North America's leading PVC extruder Royal Group Technologies, have joined forces to introduce new technology in cast-in-place firestopping devices, which will reduce the cost and complexity of installation.
These two forces have combined the strengths of each to pioneer the development of variable height capability in cast-in-place firestopping solutions for plastic pipe. The flexibility to adjust height when slabs do not remain consistent from floor to floor or respond to non-standard heights for last-minute installations eliminates the added time and cost associated with fixed height devices.
