Amtrol, Inc., recently acquired Nova Wassererwarmer GmbH (Nova), a manufacturer of high-end residential and commercial water heaters located in Donaueschingen, Germany. Along with Amtrol's purchase last year of Alfa Petroleo Mecanica, a manufacturer and distributor of heating and refrigerant gas cylinders in Portugal, this new acquisition furthers Amtrol's plans to enhance its global presence.
