The NOBLE Floor Mount Fire Tube Combi-Boiler brings to market an option for contractors and homeowners with models ranging from 110,000 to 199,000 BTU/h. The floor mount provides customers with a new configuration of a Lochinvar NOBLE combi-boiler for more installation flexibility. Water connection and venting and gas connection on the top of the unit adds application flexibility. Additionally, the unit’s universal vent connector allows for a variety of connections directly to the appliance flue without adapters. The new model has a smaller footprint than most floor-mount boilers, simplifying installation and service, especially in homes with smaller mechanical rooms, the company says. It also features Lochinvar’s SMART CONTROL platform — a control interface that provides an easy-to-use Setup Wizard and presents setup, system status and diagnostic information in words, not codes.
