Brown and Caldwell to develop Southern California drought mitigation study
Environmental engineering and construction services firm Brown and Caldwell has been hired by the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) to study alternative water conveyance options to provide supply diversity to the region during severe droughts.
Metropolitan's mission is to ensure a safe and reliable water supply for the 19 million people in Southern California in the face of climate change and extended drought.
