SVF Flow Controls announced Jay Saldana has been promoted to vice president of engineering, and Rudy Garcia was named director of ISO and inside sales, effective immediately.

Saldana joined SVF Flow Controls in 2016 and is responsible for all engineering activities within the organization as well as making sure goals are met, standards of quality are upheld and legal regulations are adhered to. He works with senior management on developing building and updating business strategies.

Garcia was hired in 2010 to SVF’s sister company, Matco-Norca, as the manager of quality and business process. He joined SVF in 2019 as the project manager/ISO manager developing and training the inside sales team and introducing the firm’s ISO compliance policy. In his new role, Garcia will continue to ensure SVF remains compliant with ISO 9001-2015 and will steer the direction of SVF insides sales team.
