Graham Clark

The IAPMO Group named Graham Clark  operations manager of IAPMO Oceana, a new position within the organization. Prior to joining IAPMO Oceana, Clark spent the previous four years with Rheem Australia, most recently as R&D manager, leading a team of engineers and technicians, providing oversight on a range of projects across domestic and commercial water heater product groups, and managing supplier, client and staff relationship chains.

Dalithia Smith

Oatey, a manufacturer in the plumbing industry, named Dalithia Smith vice president and chief human resources officer. Smith joined Oatey just more than two years ago as vice president, human resources. With more than 20 years of experience in human resources leadership, she has significant expertise in all areas of human capital management, talent acquisition and overall HR strategy. She continues to report to Neal Restivo, CEO.

Dr. Randall Watts

Environmental engineering and construction firm Brown and Caldwell announced Dr. Randall Watts has joined the company as industrial water senior process engineer. Watts brings 24 years of experience in specialized water and wastewater in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, the company notes. As a key addition to Brown and Caldwell’s Industrial Water Group, Watts will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored solutions to the chemical and pharmaceutical industry’s most complex water and wastewater challenges.

RLS, a U.S.-based manufacturer of the RLS Rapid Locking System line of flame-free press fittings for the HVAC and refrigeration industries, announced Grant Phipps joined the company as managing director, Rapid Locking System Europe.

The 11th annual Sonnhalter Tool Drive

Cleveland, Ohio-based industry communications marketing firm Sonnhalter is partnering with Habitat for Humanity again for its 11th annual Sonnhalter Tool Drive. In the past decade, Sonnhalter has raised more than $280,000 worth in donations for the organization. During the month of August, organizations, businesses and manufacturers are encouraged to donate extra inventory, demo models, tools and building materials to the tool drive to benefit Habitat for Humanity’s cause and its efforts of eliminating substandard housing.
