Travelers Rest, South Carolina-based T&S Brass and Bronze Works, a leading global manufacturer of commercial plumbing products, is celebrating its 10th anniversary as a WaterSense partner.

WaterSense, a voluntary partnership program of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, certifies water-saving products, helping businesses and consumers identify products that save water and energy. WaterSense-labeled products use at least 20% less water and perform as well as or better than regular models.

T&S currently offers 80 faucet models, including both manual and automatic sensor faucets, that are WaterSense-certified. A number of T&S pre-rinse spray valves also were WaterSense certified until the program sunset specifications for those products in 2019, following the release of water-saving Department of Energy regulations.

“T&S joined the WaterSense program in its early years because we believe in the value and importance of sustainability, and we want to help our customers go greener,” said Jeff Baldwin, engineering manager at T&S Brass. “We’re proud to have spent the last decade as part of this important water conservation effort.”

The WaterSense program, launched in 2006, has helped Americans save 3.4 trillion gallons of water and more than $84.2 billion in water and energy bills.
