Intellihot debuted its Neuron Series of commercial tankless water heaters at the 2019 AAHOA Annual Convention & Trade Show.

The Neuron Series launches with two models, the iN401 and iN501, providing up 399,999 and 499,999 BTU/hr, respectively. Both models feature direct cellular LTE connectivity for remote monitoring and independently controlled twin engines offering built-in redundancy and twice the power of competing tank water heaters, according to Intellihot.

Designed for hotels, restaurants and schools, the drop-in ready tankless units fit existing water and gas connections eliminating the need to re-pipe, and cutting installation time in half, according to Intellihot. The compact and lightweight Neuron Series heaters are 8 inches slimmer than a typical tank and fit in the narrowest of spaces including standard doorways and elevators.

“Without hot water, a hotel can lose thousands of dollars every day or risk shutting down. Our drop-in Neuron units replace existing tanks easily,” said Sri Deivasigamani, CEO of Intellihot. “We’re dedicated to creating products that revolutionize mechanical rooms through innovative and intelligent solutions that not only save hotels a great deal of space, time and money, but also make a significant impact on our planet."

The company also recently signed an exclusive commercial license agreement with NASA to power Intellihot’s entire product line of tankless hot water heaters with novel combustion burner technology developed by NASA for aircraft engines.

Intellihot will showcase the iN501 along with telliCare – Intellihot’s mobile app, at the 2019 AAHOA Annual Convention & Trade Show in San Diego from April 24-27, at booth #1504.
