ICERA’s new Palermo II high-efficiency toilet requires 1.28 gpf because of the company’s EcoQuattro flushing system using gravity-fed flushes. The toilet has an oversized 3” flush valve, fully-glazed 2 1/8” internal trapway and a 9” by 7” water surface area with optimized jets and an antimicrobial finish for a clean bowl.
