The new Slant/Fin Hydronic Explorer App Version 2 release was expected to be out in early June. The heat-loss calculator and product selection guide now can summarize jobs to be sent out via email. This feature allows the sending of a job summary of material suggested on a room-by-room basis along with other submittal sheets. The summary can be viewed at any time during the process of creating the complete job. The information can be altered by changing requirements during the calculation process. Another way to change or add data and information would be to email and open the PDF. Copy the information and paste on a Word document and then customize with logos and information for presentation. Other small changes, such as adding a date to the job and the ability to edit floor and room names, makes this new app easier to use. A Droid application is forthcoming.
