The International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO) agreed to join American Society of Plumbing Engineers’ Affiliate Sponsorship Program for 2013. As a sponsor, IAPMO will benefit from opportunities to raise awareness of its services within ASPE’s membership and in the plumbing industry in general.
“ASPE’s Affiliate Sponsorship Program provides our partners with a direct and personal connection with ASPE members,” said David Jern, ASPE director of affiliate relations.
In other ASPE news, the group’s biennial Convention & Exposition is being honored by the Trade Shows Executive’s Fastest 50 Awards & Summit as one of the fastest-growing trade shows in 2012 in terms of total attendance.
The 2012 show, held last October in Charlotte, N.C., attracted 310 exhibiting companies and had a reported attendance of 4,161 – a 12% increase from 2010.
