The Water Quality Associationwill be offering WQA Professional Certification exams at the WQA of Wisconsin on Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012. Exams will be from 12:30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. at the Chula Vista Resort, Wisconsin Dells, Wis.

Certified personnel report increased confidence in front of customers after achieving certification. Employers and managers notice improved engagement and professionalism.
