Aquatherm Red Pipe fire protection systems are part of the company’s family of polypropylene-random pressure pipe products. Formerly known as Aquatherm FireStop Fusiolen PP-R, Red Pipe is now available in the North American market through RedPipe Industries. The pipe systems have FM Global approval for use in wet pipe automatic sprinkler systems in light hazard occupancies. The pipe has FM approval in the FM 1635 class (No. 3036285). The pipe, available in diameters ranging from ¾-inch to 4 inches, is fully recyclable and its base PP-R material has a small carbon footprint. It contains no CPVC, PVC, BPA, plasticizer or chlorine.
