High-efficiency commercial dishwashers, with estimated potential annual potable water savings of 21 billion gallons, ranked in the Top 5 of the “Top New and Innovative Water-Efficient Products of 2010” list, which was revealed during the International Emerging Technology Symposium in May in Ontario, Calif.
Engineers John Koeller of Koeller and Co. and Bill Gauley of Veritec Consulting
compiled the list of products. Also making the list was a waterless wok, primarily
used in Asian restaurants. Potential annual potable water savings is 37 billion
