Adam Dubin has been elected president of Slant/Fin Corp., the Greenvale, NY, manufacturer of hydronic heating products. Dubin has served in a variety of marketing and executive management roles, most recently as executive vice president. He pioneered development of the Slant/Fin Hydronic Explorer CD-ROM, containing heat loss software and product information.

The company also announced the appointment of former president Donald Brown to vice chairman of the company. Having served as president for the last nine years, Brown will focus on strengthening the company's finance, R&D and foreign subsidiary operations. He will continue as senior manager of Slant/Fin. In addition to his role as president, Brown has served as chief financial officer and executive vice president since joining the firm in 1976.

Melvin Dubin, who founded Slant/Fin in 1949, will continue as chairman and CEO.
