Earth Tech, a business unit of Tyco Engineered Products & Services, and global provider of consulting, engineering and construction services, has been selected to design and construct four new wastewater treatment plants (WWTP) in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico. The contract, which was awarded by the State Public Services Commission of Mexicali, is valued at US$22.5 million.
Earth Tech will design and construct a new WWTP facility in the city of Mexicali (Las Arenitas) that will treat 19 million gallons per day (980 liters per second).
