Crane Co.'s Canadian subsidiary has acquired NH Valves, a Newman Hattersley Canada Ltd. company. The acquisition will become part of the Crane Valves North America (CVNA) division of Crane Co.'s Fluid Handling Group. The purchase only applies to the NH Valves distribution business. The Newman Hattersley Nuclear Valve manufacturing business is not included or affected in any way. CVNA plans to add the NH brand name to existing Jenkins branded products currently offered by CVNA in Canada.
