Bradford White Corp. announced that it has purchased Aero Environmental Ltd. of Mississauga, Ontario. Aero Environmental is a Canadian manufacturer of oil-fired heating products for domestic and commercial applications. The acquisition follows Bradford White's recent purchase of the Niles Steel Tank Company of Niles, MI. Aero Environmental will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Bradford White Corp. Ian Brooker has been appointed vice president general manager of the new subsidiary, and Michael Brooker has been appointed vice president manufacturing.
