Tomlinson Industries of Cleveland, OH, has announced the acquisition of Hiller Eng. & Mfg. Co. of Santa Barbara, CA. Hiller manufactures the "Quad-Flo" bypass valve. The valves will now be manufactured and distributed from Tomlinson's Cleveland headquarters.
