The Bradley Corporation has purchased the Mills Co., the largest manufacturer of metal toilet partitions. Mills, based in Upper Sandusky, Ohio, was sold by John Plumpton for an undisclosed amount of cash. Bradley officials do not plan to make any significant changes at the Mills manufacturing facility or the administrative/sales offices in Cleveland.
