Vietnam adopts the 1997 Uniform Plumbing Code.

The 1997 Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) was adopted by Vietnam after an agreement was signed by IAPMO and representatives of Vietnam's Institute for Building Science & Technology. The U.S. Air Force has also adopted the code for all European facilities unless local host nation codes require stricter standards.
