MEPatWORK has announced thatMichael T. McNeleywill be leading the development for the company's new Customer Fulfillment division, which includes customer care, customer loyalty and customer retention. He has been charged with developing a customer service team to meet the ongoing needs of MEPatWORK's expanding customer base. McNeley brings more than 15 years of experience in operations and management. In previous management roles, McNeley has led many successful operational, process improvement and business development efforts using Six Sigma as a guide. MEPatWORK is an online career services provider serving the HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general construction industry since 1996.

T&S Brass and Bronze Works has announced the promotion ofKen Gallagherto Vice President of Sales. Gallagher will be responsible for leading all sales activities for T&S. Gallagher joined T&S Brass in 2000 and has previously served in positions including marketing product manager, marketing manager and, most recently, director of sales.

The Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) has announced thatWalter T. Marlowe, P.E., CAE, has been selected as the new Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of CSI. Marlowe accepted the position Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2006 at CSI’s offices in Alexandria, VA. Marlowe has 16 years experience and demonstrated increasing responsibility in association management. He served in a variety of staff leadership roles at the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE).
