I=B=R Schools and Modern Engineering Concepts seminars are offered this spring, and are geared toward expanding your knowledge of radiant and hydronic systems, with an emphasis on modern applications for today's challenges.

The two-day I=B=R courses include:

  • How to design and install hydronic heating systems, complete with boiler, piping, and accessories with baseboard and radiators;
  • Heat loss calculations and pipe sizing;
  • Control selection and boiler sizing;and
  • Information on indirect water heating, zoning and wiring. MEC this year focuses on "Total Energy Efficiency Through Hydronics."
