Kling, the architectural, engineering, interiors and planning firm headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, has opened a new office in San Francisco, CA. The new office will be managed by Project Director Stephen Mullen, AIA. He will report to Robert Hsu, AIA, Kling's national leader for R&D Projects.
