A.O. Smith announced three executive appointments. James Grasha has been named to the newly created position of vice president and general manager of the company's Water Systems business. He had been serving as vice president-international since 1999. Kevin Wheeler replaces Grasha in that post. Wheeler, in turn, is replaced by David Warren.
