USFlow Corp. has named Rick Waters executive vp and COO. Jay Troger will no longer be serving as president and COO of the company. Mark Kirk will continue as chairman and CEO, and John Bertsch, former CEO, will be serving as a special advisor to the company. Also, Glenn Hollis has joined the company as vp and CFO, and Jim Hudson as vp of purchasing.
