Unico, Inc., a diversified holding company focusing on Internet and high technology companies, has acquired BidInvite.com, Inc., a B2B bid solicitation and distribution infomediary, which becomes a wholly owned subsidiary. With plans to target several vertical markets, BidInvite.com's first goal is to consolidate the acquisition and distribution of bid solicitations in the construction industry. Operating as U.S. Builders Network, Unico plans to use the BidInvite technology to create this infomediary service.
