ECR International, Inc., a manufacturer in the hvac industry with headquarters in Utica, NY, has reached an agreement to acquire Olsen Technologies, Inc., located in Wallaceburg, ON, Canada, from parent company Canadian Manior Ltd.
Olsen Technology has provided warm air products to the oil industry throughout North America for over 60 years. In addition to the Olsen brand name, Olsen Technology manufactures furnace products under the Airco label. Canadian Manior is a publicly traded company on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
ECR International President Timothy Reed said that the company intends to continue operations at the Wallaceburg facility. It is expected that the transaction will be finalized some time in early winter.
ECR International is the manufacturer of Dunkirk, Utica, Ultimate, Enviromaster International (EMI), RetroAire and Pennco boiler brands.
