Fujitsu’s “Air Stage” General Solution Center in Times Square officially opened on Nov. 22 on the 42nd floor at 1450 Broadway Ave., in New York City.

The Air Stage was conceived and designed as a “learning and sharing center,” according to the company. It’s a think tank for engineers, architects, building owners and more where they can come together and collaborate.

The new 1,600-sq.-ft.-facility also is a showroom for Fujitsu to display innovative and energy efficient commercial and residential heating and cooling systems. The company’s mini-split and VRF systems can work in a variety of applications such as restaurants, medical facilities, apartments and single-family homes.

“The VRF business continues to evolve as a major player in the commercial HVAC market as building owners are realizing the long-term savings associated with these systems. Our vision is for visitors to experience the wide range of solutions and support Fujitsu can offer,” Fujitsu Director of Sales for VRF Systems Sean Boyer said.
