Bradley has introduced a new way to identify genuine Bradley parts. Partsource, an online service part selector, helps engineers, maintenance and facility staff with part identification and ordering.
The interactive Partsource tool is available at www.bradleycorp.com/partsource. A user-friendly interface quickly guides customers through the part selection process. For instance, to find the right service part for a Bradley handwashing fixture:
- 1. Choose the Bradley product and model from drop-down boxes.
2. Use a detailed diagram to pinpoint the exact service part and part number you need.
3. Locate the nearest distributor and order the parts.
Parts can also be found by number, rather than making selections from the drop down boxes. Other information, such as list price, downloadable service guides and technical data sheets can be obtained on Partsource. Bradley will continue to add illustrations for additional products and older models throughout the year.
