Every sector of the plumbing and HVAC industries is feeling the pinch of the labor shortage. However, one manufacturers rep is building a solution to the issue that has been challenging the skilled trades for years.
Pressure relief valves protect fire sprinkler system components by relieving excess system pressure from supply surges or temperature changes. Since the 2010 edition, NFPA 13: “Standard for the Installation of Sprinkler Systems” has required pressure relief valves to be installed on all wet pipe fire sprinkler systems.
While it may feel like the other side of the world, Russia’s invasion of Ukraine will have lasting effects — including sparking the European Union’s hasty transition to energy independence.
