J. Scott Friesen, P.E.

J. Scott Friesen, P.E., is a licensed professional engineer in 15 states and in three Canadian provinces, and certified as an energy manager. He has more than 25 years of experience in design, construction administration and forensic analysis of mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and energy management systems for commercial, institutional and residential projects. He is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers, the Association of Energy Engineers, the American Society of Plumbing Engineers, the National Fire Protection Association, and the International Code Council and is also active in the Code Council’s code development process and has been a part of the plumbing code action hearing panel for the last three iterations of the International Plumbing Code.
