Rick Nortier, an industry
veteran with more than 20 years of combined design and marketing experience, is
the product manager for Sloan’s Optima line. He earned a mechanical
engineering degree from the University
of Illinois at Chicago and his MBA
from DePaul University. The holder of multiple U.S. patents, he played a key role in the design
and implementation of Sloan Monitored Systems at the Museum of Science
and Industry and works to advance the cause of such systems.
