NIBCO’s line of LD-3000 and LD-7000 Series large-diameter butterfly valves offer enhanced performance with pressure ratings of 232 to 250 psi, depending on the size range. LD-7000 and LD-3000 are constructed of ductile iron, and feature a molded-in seat liner (available in either EPDM or NBR); a one-piece, high-strength, stainless steel stem; and a double-flanged U-section. The valves are ideal for HVAC, including condenser, chilled water and hot water heating, compressed air, vacuum service and end-of-line service projects. LD-7000 butterfly valves range in sizes 14" to 60", with a pressure rating of 232 psi and are available with an option of aluminum bronze, nylon-coated ductile iron and stainless-steel discs. LD-3000 butterfly valves range in sizes 14" to 24", with a pressure rating of 250 psi and are available with an option of aluminum bronze and stainless-steel discs.
