The new Uponor stainless steel manifold is a corrosion-resistant, competitively priced metal alternative for radiant heating and cooling applications, the company notes. The manifold comes preassembled out of the box for faster installs and greater material cost savings. It is available in 1” and 1 1/4" sizes to meet any application need. Both sizes come with full-port ball valves with temperature gauges and feature integrated flow meters for simple system balancing. The manifold is compatible with all glycols used in radiant heating and cooling system and is temperature/pressure rated at 68°F at 145 psi, 158° at 87.4 psi, and 194° at 43.8 psi.
